Key Responsibilities:

Purchase orders and close follow up with local as well as international suppliers.

Track shipments and ensure timely delivery with vendors and freight agents.

Prepare and maintain import documentation, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.

Reconcile and maintain all suppliers' data.

Support the Procurement Manager with coordination and administrative tasks.

Daily and weekly follow-up with suppliers and submit reports timely

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelors with experience & knowledge of Imports & purchases.1–3 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or import/export coordination
  • Strong command over MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation tools
  • Good understanding of import documentation and logistics workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized under pressure
  • Prior experience in the IT hardware or technology distribution industry is a plus
