Job Purpose:

To support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for open positions. The Recruitment Intern will assist in maintaining recruitment databases, scheduling interviews, posting job advertisements, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process while gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist profiles based on job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Post job advertisements on various platforms and maintain their visibility.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  • Assist in drafting and sending communication to candidates (e.g., interview invites, follow-ups).
  • Support in conducting initial phone screenings or assessments (if applicable).
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
  • Ensure proper documentation of candidate information and hiring records.
  • Participate in career fairs or recruitment events, if required.

Skills required:

  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written, for candidate and team interaction.
  • Attention to detail – for resume screening, interview coordination, and data entry.
  • Organizational skills – ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes – sourcing, screening, interview coordination.

Position Qualifications:

  • BBA/MBA in HR

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50, Rs60,000.00 per month
