Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager in Quality Control located in Karachi Division. The Assistant Manager Quality Control will oversee daily quality control processes to ensure all pharmaceutical products meet regulatory and company standards. Responsibilities include implementing quality assurance practices, conducting chemical and analytical testing, ensuring GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) compliance, and collaborating with other departments to maintain high-quality standards. Documentation and reporting of quality control activities will also be integral to the role, along with managing a team of quality control professionals.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Quality Control processes, GMP compliance, and pharmaceutical standards.
  • Proficiency in chemical analysis, analytical testing, and laboratory management.
  • Effective leadership and team management skills to supervise and motivate the quality control team.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Educational background in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related scientific field (e.g., B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices, specifically in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
