Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and file Goods Declarations in compliance with customs regulations.
  • Submit required documentation with Customs authorities and ensure accuracy.
  • Liaise with shipping lines, port yards, and relevant stakeholders for smooth clearance.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely release of goods.
  • Monitor import clearance processes to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5–7 years of experience in filing Goods Declarations, preferably with a large-scale clearing agent.
  • Strong knowledge of SROs, import procedures, and PSW/WeBOC system.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel); familiarity with SAP is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time
