Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Coordinator role located in Karāchi. The primary responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to meet client needs and maintain a strong customer relationship.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong understanding of Customer Experience and best practices
  • Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and respond promptly to inquiries
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Previous experience in logistics or shipping services is a plus
