Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, expand outreach efforts, and enhance brand awareness. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement digital marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and optimize initiatives to achieve business goals.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, outreach, and digital platforms.
  • Utilize customer segmentation techniques to tailor messaging and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Design visually appealing marketing materials using Adobe Photoshop and CSS.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns through platforms such as Mailchimp and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Implement marketing automation processes to streamline campaign execution and enhance customer engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to inform future strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize email content, landing pages, and other marketing assets.
  • Collaborate with e-commerce teams to drive online sales through effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Write compelling copy for various marketing channels, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.
  • Utilize SQL for data analysis and reporting on marketing performance metrics.
  • Leverage HubSpot for inbound marketing initiatives, lead generation, and outreach campaigns.
  • Support outreach initiatives to expand brand visibility, generate leads, and build strategic partnerships.

Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing with experience in the following areas:

  • Customer segmentation and targeted communication.
  • Email marketing and outreach strategy development.
  • Marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • HTML for email design and web content management.
  • Copywriting for diverse audiences across multiple channels.
  • E-commerce marketing strategies and online sales growth.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL reporting).
  • Experience conducting A/B testing and campaign optimization.
  • Outreach initiatives for brand building, partnerships, and lead generation.
