We're looking for a
creative, analytical, and AI-savvy Email Marketing Specialist
who can plan and execute impactful campaigns that convert leads into loyal customers.

If you're passionate about crafting engaging content, understanding audience behavior, and using
AI tools like ChatGPT
to elevate marketing performance — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, write, and execute
    email campaigns and newsletters
    that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Use
    ChatGPT and AI tools
    to generate, optimize, and personalize email content.
  • Manage
    email lists, segmentation, automations, and scheduling
    .
  • Track and analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions).
  • Perform
    A/B testing
    to improve email performance.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams for consistency and impact.


Requirements

  • Strong
    English writing and communication skills
    .
  • Must be a
    ChatGPT expert
    (prompt writing, tone, and AI-assisted copy).
  • Hands-on experience with
    email platforms
    like Mailchimp, Brevo, ConvertKit, or Klaviyo.
  • Understanding of
    marketing funnels, automation, and lead nurturing
    .
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.


Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and analytics tools.
  • Understanding of SEO, content marketing, or copywriting.
  • Experience in creating landing pages or automation workflows.
