Job Overview

We are looking for a female HR Intern who is passionate about building a career in Human Resources. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment and exposure to multiple HR domains including Pakistan-based HR operations and international (US) HR practices. You will receive structured training and mentorship, enabling you to develop skills that will help you excel in both local and global HR environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interview coordination).
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain HR documentation and databases.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external clients as needed.
  • Assist in performance tracking and HR reporting tasks.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–1 year of relevant experience (internship or full-time).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work night shifts (6 PM – 3 AM).
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
