About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern / Part-Time Assistant to support our HR operations. This position is ideal for a student currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field who is eager to gain practical experience while continuing their studies.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in HR. Based on performance, we would be happy to offer a full-time role after degree completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with basic HR documentation and record-keeping
  • Support recruitment and onboarding activities
  • Help organize employee files and maintain HR databases
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Finance, or related program
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Located near our office for convenience
  • Ability to work 32 hours per month (part-time, flexible)
