Shift Timings (Rotational, 9-hour shifts):

12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

4:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team for a UK-based transport company. The role involves managing incoming customer leads, converting them into confirmed bookings, and ensuring an exceptional experience throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and process leads submitted via online customer forms.

Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to confirm trip details, resolve inquiries, and secure bookings.

Coordinate with drivers and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Address and resolve issues during live trips with efficiency and professionalism.

Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all customer interactions and bookings.

Work in weekly rotational shifts to provide timely support to UK-based customers.

Deliver high-quality customer service to foster satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a customer service role (transport/travel industry preferred).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (UK accent is a plus).

Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, solution-oriented approach under pressure.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable working rotational evening and night shifts (1 PM – 1 AM).

Familiarity with CRM tools and booking software is an advantage.
