Role Summary
The Sales Specialist is responsible for driving business growth by generating and converting leads through cold calling, outbound outreach, and research. The role involves qualifying prospects, booking meetings, and contributing directly to revenue targets while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cold calling and outbound sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify, engage, and qualify potential clients based on company criteria.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and lead generation goals.
- Schedule and book qualified meetings for senior sales closers.
- Maintain accurate sales, lead, and client records in CRM systems.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
- Follow up with leads to move them through the sales pipeline efficiently.
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, and cold calling roles.
- Excellent English communication skills
- Understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
- Target-driven mindset with strong persuasion skills.
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts.
