Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled
Technical Analyst
to join our research team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering actionable investment insights by generating buy/sell calls, preparing market commentary, and supporting clients and internal teams with timely analysis. This role requires strong expertise in technical analysis, communication skills, and the ability to present research across multiple formats including written reports, video content, and live briefings.

Key Responsibilities

Market Analysis & Trading Calls

  • Conduct technical analysis of equities, indices, and commodities.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and intraday
    buy/sell recommendations
    with clear entry, target, and stop-loss levels.
  • Track market developments and highlight trading opportunities in real time.

Research & Publications

  • Prepare
    daily/weekly market reports
    summarizing technical outlooks, key levels, and trade setups.
  • Write concise
    thematic notes
    on major market trends, chart patterns, and technical indicators.
  • Maintain research archives and ensure timely distribution to clients and internal teams.

Client Engagement

  • Conduct
    morning calls/briefings
    to update clients and relationship managers on market outlook.
  • Produce
    video-based research summaries
    to make technical insights accessible to a wider audience.
  • Support client queries with relevant analysis and chart-based explanations.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the sales, trading, and research teams to align technical views with overall strategy.
  • Contribute to investment committee discussions with data-driven technical insights.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (CFA/CMT certification is a plus).
  • Proven experience (2–5 years) in technical analysis within equity, FX, or commodities markets.
  • Strong command of charting tools.
  • Confident video presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
