We are looking for a skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team and lead the design and implementation of complex software solutions.

As a Senior Software Developer, you will work closely with stakeholders to analyze user requirements, design innovative technical solutions, and ensure the successful development, testing, and deployment of software. If you're passionate about leveraging emerging technologies and delivering high-performance enterprise solutions, this role might be for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and analyze user requirements, designing scalable technical solutions. Architect and design complex software systems that meet business needs.
  • Oversee the development, testing, and implementation of software solutions.
  • Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to improve development processes.
  • Develop and maintain high-performance enterprise software and integrations.
  • Ensure successful deployment of CRM solutions, driving value for sales teams, dealers, and suppliers.
  • Identify project risks, propose optimal solutions, and manage complex projects.
  • Explore new technologies and systems to align tools with sales and IS strategies.
  • Provide on-call support to ensure minimal service disruptions in global operations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Development.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve user issues and design effective solutions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and collaborate in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in any of the following technologies: Dynamics 365 Plugin Development (C#/.NET) JavaScript Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) Power BI (Power Business Intelligence) D365 SDK/.NET Development Azure Machine Learning Power Automate Kingswaysoft Logic Application
