Job Title: Customer Support Representative – UK Transport Company

Location: DHA phase 2 Islamabad

Job Timings: 1 PM – 10 PM

2 pm to 11 pm

3 pm to 12 am

4 pm to 1 am (9-hour shifts, weekly rotational shifts)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team and manage customer inquiries for our UK-based transport company. Your primary responsibility will be to handle leads generated through customer-filled forms on our website, convert them into confirmed bookings, and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

· Process incoming leads by reviewing customer-submitted forms and converting them into bookings.

· Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat to confirm trip details, address inquiries, and close bookings.

· Manage and resolve customer issues during their trips, ensuring timely support and assistance.

· Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to provide seamless transport services.

· Maintain accurate records of bookings, customer interactions, and issue resolutions.

· Work in a rotational shift schedule to ensure round-the-clock support for UK customers.

· Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

· Previous customer service experience (preferably in the transport or travel industry).

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency in spoken and written English (UK accent preferred).

· Comfortable working rotational shifts from 1 PM to 1 AM (9-hour shifts).

· Basic knowledge of CRM software and booking systems is a plus.
