Job Description

ABS International is seeking a motivated B2B Sales Executive to drive global sales and acquire international clients. This is a night shift position designed for ambitious professionals seeking substantial earning potential through uncapped commission.

In this role you will execute strategic outbound sales campaigns, negotiate complex cross-border deals, and exceed monthly sales targets. Your success will be directly rewarded with a competitive base salary and an industry-leading commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound sales campaigns targeting global B2B clients.
  • Negotiate and close complex international business deals.
  • Exceed monthly sales quotas through proactive outreach.
  • Maintain accurate client records and pipeline in CRM systems.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in international sales or a BPO sales environment.
  • Proven documented history of exceeding sales targets.
  • Professional fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Full availability for the night shift schedule (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM PKT).
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
