Job Summary

Drive global B2B sales during night shifts. Acquire international clients, close high-value contracts, and earn uncapped commissions with top performers earning PKR 150,000+ monthly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales campaigns targeting USA B2B clients
  • Negotiate and secure global SaaS and technology contracts
  • Exceed monthly sales targets (50+ weekly contacts minimum)
  • Maintain CRM pipeline accuracy with 3:1 volume ratio

Requirements

  • 1+ year international sales or BPO experience
  • Professional English fluency (C1/C2 level)
  • Documented sales quota achievement history
  • Night shift availability (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM PKT)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
