Role Impact

Drive global B2B sales during night shifts for ABS International. Acquire international clients, close complex deals, and earn uncapped commissions. This high-growth role is designed for ambitious sales professionals seeking substantial earning potential.

Core Responsibilities

  • Execute strategic outbound sales campaigns targeting global B2B clients
  • Negotiate and close complex cross-border business deals
  • Exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and engagement
  • Maintain accurate client records and pipeline management in CRM systems

Key Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in international sales or BPO sales environment
  • Professional English fluency in both verbal and written communication
  • Documented history of exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
  • Full availability for night shift schedule (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM PKT)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
