Customer Service Representative – Primefit

Location: Hybrid – Lahore

Salary: (Basic) + Incentives + Commissions

Level: Mid-Level

At Primefit, we're building a lifestyle and fitness ecosystem that's transforming the way people think about health and wellness. We're creating our first dedicated Customer Service department, and this role is the starting point.

We're looking for a polished, professional, and client-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Lahore. This role offers a unique growth path: as one of the first hires in the department, you will have the opportunity to shape the way we serve our clients and potentially lead this department in the future.

What You'll Do:

  • Handle client feedback, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Manage customer support queries across multiple channels and ensure timely resolution.
  • Work closely with the Nutrition, PT, and Tech teams to provide clear updates and solutions to clients.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, improve retention, and create a seamless service experience.
  • Prepare and maintain records of client cases and support interactions.
  • Contribute to the design and growth of the customer service department.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1 year of experience in the relevant field.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and tact.
  • Prior experience in customer service, client handling, or support roles (preferably in wellness/fitness or service industries).
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work onsite in Lahore with a growing and dynamic team.
  • Ambition to grow into a leadership position over time.
