Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal and regulatory support on corporate, financial, and banking-related matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and financial documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with SECP, SBP, and other applicable regulatory frameworks.
  • Advise management on governance, financing structures, and risk mitigation.
  • Liaise with external counsel, financial institutions, and regulators.
  • Support business units in interpreting and applying banking/finance regulations.
  • Manage dispute resolution, litigation, and legal risk assessments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate, banking, or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of banking and financial regulations.
  • Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and work under deadlines.
