About the Role:

This is a commission-based role where you will be responsible for bringing in new security contracts.

Your success is your income—the more clients you sign, the more you earn.

We provide all the necessary training, so no prior experience in the security industry is required.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Identifying and connecting with potential clients in your network and community.
  • Introducing Al-Aman Security's services for residential, commercial, industrial, and event security.
  • Working to secure new contracts on a per-guard basis.

What We Offer:

    10% to 30% commission per guard
    based on the contract's duration. The commission is paid to you

    upon receiving advance security deposits.
