Business Development Executive(Remote)

About Us: We are a pioneering startup leading the charge in digital marketing, specializing in harnessing the power of Instagram for business growth. As a valued intern within our team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to our outreach initiatives, foster client relationships, and play a crucial role in our expansion strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct thorough research to identify target audiences and industries primed for engagement on Instagram.
· Initiate outreach via Cold DMs on Instagram to generate leads and effectively close deals for our business.
· Craft compelling responses to nurture conversations and captivate potential leads, showcasing our value proposition.
· Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile.
· Consistently meet and surpass weekly and monthly targets for initiating conversations and securing deals closed.
· Remain abreast of Instagram trends, features, and alterations, adapting strategies accordingly to optimize lead generation efforts.
Qualifications:
· Enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Business, Communications, etc.).
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting persuasive messages.
· Proficiency in Instagram as a marketing platform, including direct messaging best practices.
· Driven by a goal-oriented mindset, with a resolute determination to achieve and exceed lead generation targets.
· Meticulous attention to detail and organizational prowess to effectively manage lead data and communication records.
· Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic startup environment.
· Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving landscape.
Working Conditions:
· Remote-based position.
Mon- Sat- 8 hours/Day
6:00 pm- 2:00 am
Salary: 25,000 plus commision
· 6 days a week, 8 hours per day.
· Timings: 6:00 pm - 2:00 am (flexibility may be required based on business needs).
