We are seeking a Business Developer with proven Upwork bidding experience who can effectively use the platform to generate new business and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on high-potential projects daily.
  • Source and bid on at least 10 relevant projects within 3 hours.
  • Customize proposals to maximize client engagement.

Performance Requirements:

  • Achieve 3–4 positive responses from clients.
  • Successfully close at least 1 deal per day.

Experience Required:

  • 3-4 years of experience in Upwork bidding and lead conversion (Preferred).
  • Proven track record in business development and closing deals.
  • Strong communication and proposal writing skills.
  • Experience in training and team management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English (Preferred).

Contract & Payment Details:

  • Trial Period: 3–5 days (unpaid).
  • Compensation: $100–$200/week (performance-based).
  • Payment: Biweekly.
