Business Development Representative (BDR)
We're looking for a highly skilled Business Development Representative with fluent, professional English. You'll be responsible for identifying prospects, engaging decision-makers, and creating qualified opportunities for our sales team. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and able to communicate complex ideas clearly while building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads in target markets.
- Reach out via calls, emails, and social channels with flawless English.
- Qualify prospects and book meetings for Account Executives.
- Nurture relationships and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Requirements:
- Exceptional spoken and written English (near-native level).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Highly motivated, organized, and goal-driven.
- Previous BDR/SDR or sales experience is a strong plus.

Pay: Rs120, Rs140,000.00 per month
