Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) focused on performance and ROI.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Video).
  • Set up and manage conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
  • Collaborate with the creative and development teams for campaign alignment.
  • Monitor budgets, identify trends, and adjust strategy to improve performance.
  • Stay current with the latest Meta & Google ad policies, tools, and updates.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proficient in Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns with attention to detail and deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience running and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for awareness or lead generation.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics, tracking tools, and performance reporting.
  • Ability to create and manage digital marketing strategies that increase reach and engagement.
  • Creative mindset with strong collaboration skills.
