Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Training of teachers on curriculum and non-formal school's management.
  • Collection of Daily Data from School WhatsApp Group (Daily Lesson Feedback, Photos, Videos)
  • Collection of Monthly Data from School WhatsApp Group (Assessment Marksheets, Monthly Data).
  • Maintain data and record of all data sheets of schools (Attendance, Lesson feedback, Marksheets)
  • Address any school issues: Attendances Issues, Student Drop Out, School Operational Issues, Monitoring and evaluation of assigned schools.
  • Scheduling and conduction of assessment
  • Implementation of curriculum, support & guidance in curriculum
  • Address and report School Needs, Community Issues, Weather issues affecting school operations.
  • Monitor Facilitator/Teacher's performance and participation in project
  • Address any school needs: books, stationary, technology or any other need.
  • Technology Items Procurement: Identify, source, and procure technology related e.g solar panels etc ) for field operations, maintaining accurate inventory records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25, Rs35,000.00 per month
