Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Google PPC Executive to manage and optimize high-performing Google Ads campaigns. The role focuses primarily on Google Ads, with some exposure to other paid channels such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Twitter/X, or TikTok. Experience targeting the US market is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, set up, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max) to achieve high ROI and lead quality.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Manage bids, budgets, and targeting for optimal campaign performance.
  • Create and test ad copy, extensions, and landing page recommendations to improve CTR and conversions.
  • Monitor campaign results, prepare reports, and suggest actionable improvements.
  • Stay up to date with Google Ads features, trends, and best practices, especially for US market campaigns.
  • Also participate and support in Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, or TikTok advertising.

Requirements

  • 2–2.5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proven track record of delivering ROI in B2B and/or B2C campaigns.
  • Exposure to US market targeting strategies (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of paid campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, or TikTok.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for performance improvement.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and basic CRM or marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work on multiple campaigns simultaneously.
