About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled consultant to drive transformation in IT Operations with a focus on
AIOps, observability, and automation
. You will modernize monitoring tools, implement intelligent alerting, and design self-healing operations that shift organizations from reactive to proactive IT management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and modernize monitoring/observability toolchains (Splunk, Dynatrace, Elastic, Grafana, ServiceNow ITOM).
  • Deploy AIOps capabilities for event correlation, predictive analytics, and intelligent alerting.
  • Develop automation runbooks/playbooks (Python, Ansible, PowerShell) for incident response and self-healing.
  • Define observability metrics (SLOs, MTTR, error budgets) and build executive dashboards.
  • Reengineer IT operations processes (incident, change, problem) aligned with ServiceNow CMDB.

Qualifications

  • 8–12 years in IT Operations/Observability, with 3–5 years hands-on in AIOps & automation.
  • Strong expertise in Dynatrace, Splunk, Elastic, ServiceNow ITOM, and monitoring tools.
  • Proficiency in scripting/orchestration (Python, Ansible, PowerShell).
  • Preferred certifications: ITIL 4, Dynatrace, Splunk, DevOps/SRE.
