About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across both technical and non-technical functions. You'll partner closely with department heads - from Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Support - to ensure a seamless and high-quality hiring experience that supports the company's rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across technical and non-technical roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business goals, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social platforms, employee referrals, and talent databases.
  • Conduct initial HR and technical screening interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and alignment with company values.
  • Coordinate interview processes, ensure timely feedback, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience throughout the pipeline.
Stakeholder Management
  • Partner with internal teams to forecast hiring needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
  • Advise hiring managers on interview structures, compensation benchmarking, and selection best practices.
  • Maintain strong communication loops between HR, leadership, and candidates.
Process & Data Management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Use recruitment metrics and analytics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of hiring workflows, interview guidelines, and employer branding initiatives.
Employer Branding
  • Support employer branding activities through social media campaigns, career fairs, and employee storytelling.
  • Represent the company at hiring events and professional networks to attract top talent.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment across technical and non-technical domains.
  • Experience hiring for roles such as software engineers, data analysts, product managers, and operational staff.
  • Strong familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., BreezyHR, Greenhouse,) and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and a passion for connecting great people with great opportunities.
