Job Description:

The Hunar Foundation, a non-profit organization in the TVET sector, is seeking a dynamic and proactive Officer – Industrial Linkages to strengthen connections with industry partners and support alumni in securing employment opportunities. This role involves coordinating with employers, counseling alumni, and organizing placement activities to bridge the gap between skilled graduates and industry needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with industry partners.
  • Manage and update alumni databases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency (Advanced Excel).
  • Handle job requirements from industry partners and match them with suitable alumni profiles.
  • Reach out to alumni through calls, WhatsApp, individual and group counseling sessions.
  • Organize and facilitate bulk recruitment drives, career fairs, and alumni engagement events.
  • Travel (approx. 25%) to companies, expos, and industry events for networking and placement activities.
  • Engage with large student audiences during events, orientations, and drives.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in a relevant field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in placement, or industrial linkages.
  • Strong communication, counseling, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in database management, advanced Excel, and professional email communication.
  • Willingness to travel as per job requirements.

Work Timings:

  • Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • First and last Saturday of the month off
