We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specilist to manage and grow our brand's presence across multiple social media platforms. You will be responsible for developing content strategies, creating engaging posts, managing campaigns, and analysing performance to ensure maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
  • Create engaging and high-quality content, including text, images, videos, and reels.
  • Schedule and publish posts consistently to maintain brand visibility.
  • Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build an active online community.
  • Run paid advertising campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms; optimise for conversions.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce creative assets.
  • Track, analyse, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in social media marketing.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
  • Experience with paid advertising campaigns and budget management.
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong visual sense.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once.
