We are seeking a skilled and motivated
Scrum Master
to support our ERP implementation and enhancement projects. The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating agile practices, ensuring smooth coordination between development, functional, and support teams, and driving successful ERP deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
Agile Facilitation & Coaching

  • Guide ERP development and functional teams in Agile/Scrum practices, ensuring compliance with defined methodologies.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coach the team on agile principles to promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Project & Delivery Management

  • Ensure ERP deliverables (customizations, modules, enhancements, bug fixes) are delivered within timelines and quality standards.
  • Work closely with Product Owners/Business Analysts to maintain a well-prioritized ERP product backlog.
  • Identify, monitor, and remove impediments affecting team performance.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a bridge between ERP technical teams, functional consultants, and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment of ERP development with business needs and compliance requirements.
  • Facilitate effective communication and conflict resolution within and across teams.

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track and report on sprint progress, velocity, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure transparency in the delivery process and keep stakeholders updated on ERP project status.
  • Maintain documentation of sprint activities and lessons learned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM)
    or equivalent agile certification.
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in
    ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or custom ERP platforms).
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and ERP implementation practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle pressure and deadlines.

Goals / KPIs:

  • Ensure consistent sprint velocity and timely delivery of ERP features.
  • Achieve high sprint completion rate (meeting commitments with minimal spillover).
  • Reduce blockers and impediments within agreed SLA.
  • Improve team productivity and collaboration through continuous coaching.
  • Ensure ERP project alignment with business objectives.

Morning shift : 9AM - 6PM
