We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing efforts. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing initiatives including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Oversee the social media strategy, content creation, and community management.
  • Optimize website performance (UX/UI) and manage content updates in collaboration with the web team.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Drive organic growth through SEO strategy including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns including audience segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and external vendors to deliver impactful marketing assets.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Report on KPIs and ROI of all digital marketing campaigns with actionable insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
  • Proven experience managing SEO, Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80, Rs100,000.00 per month
