We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager with 3-5 Years of experience, who is also proficient in using Upwork or any freelancing platforms, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads and closing deals in the B2B market, as well as experience in utilizing Upwork as a business development tool.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Upwork or any freelancing platforms, to identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients on Upwork or any freelancing platform.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations to clients
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop proposals and pitches
  • Continuously monitor and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, with a strong track record of success
  • Proficient in using Upwork as a business development tool
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Knowledge of B2B sales processes and strategies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
