
Business Development Manager

We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager with 3-5 Years of experience, who is also proficient in using Upwork or any freelancing platforms, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads and closing deals in the B2B market, as well as experience in utilizing Upwork as a business development tool.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Upwork or any freelancing platforms, to identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients on Upwork or any freelancing platform.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Create and deliver compelling presentations to clients
- Collaborate with other team members to develop proposals and pitches
- Continuously monitor and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, with a strong track record of success
- Proficient in using Upwork as a business development tool
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes and strategies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
