About the Role:
As a
Client Relationship Manager
, you will serve as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. You'll work closely with internal teams to deliver quality outcomes, maintain long-term relationships, and identify opportunities for account growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients.
- Develop relationships with potential clients to expand the business.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
- Understand client goals and provide strategic recommendations to help them achieve success.
- Monitor ongoing campaigns/projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality performance.
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and technical teams to align deliverables with client expectations.
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineer, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, or relationship management (preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A problem-solver with a customer-first mindset and attention to detail.
