Role Overview:

We're looking for a sharp, English-fluent Cold Email Operator + Campaign Strategist to manage outbound email systems across our service businesses. You'll be responsible for building and executing campaigns that generate qualified meetings for our sales team.

We will provide all paid tools mentioned below for everything as required.

Core KPI: Qualified Meetings Booked

What You'll Do:

  • Manage cold email tools (Instantly, MailWizz, Apollo, etc.)
  • Build and clean lead lists using Apollo, LinkedIn, and other tools
  • Write, test, and optimize subject lines, hooks, and CTAs
  • Monitor deliverability, reply rates, and meetings booked
  • Own KPIs: open rate, reply rate, booked calls per campaign
  • Collaborate with copywriter and SDRs to tune campaign strategy
  • Use AI tools (like ChatGPT) to draft and improve email content

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in outbound email, lead generation, or performance marketing
  • Strong written English (you will be writing/fixing A/B testing email copies)
  • Strong experience using tools like Instantly, MailWizz, Apollo, Hunter, Google Sheets
  • Data-driven mindset who can test, learn, and iterate
  • Bonus: experience in SaaS, B2B services, or agency environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120, Rs150,000.00 per month
