Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in email marketing.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Experience with A/B testing and email optimization.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
