Job Title: E-Commerce Marketing & Order Processing Specialist (Female)

Role Overview

We are hiring a female E-Commerce Marketing & Order Processing Specialist who is:

• Detail-oriented – precise in execution, with strong attention to accuracy.
• Creative – brings fresh ideas and a strong eye for visuals.

Note: We will provide full training to the right candidate. Skills can be taught, but passion, commitment, and the right mindset cannot.

What You'll Do

This role is a blend of digital marketing and operations:

• Manage and optimize product listings across platforms.
• Assist in executing campaigns (social media, influencer marketing, paid ads, and email).
• Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Process orders accurately and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Upload shipping images and manage visual content for online stores.
• Ensure pricing, branding, and order management compliance.
• Coordinate with U.S. teams for smooth marketing and operational execution.
• Learn SEO, A/B testing, automation tools, and international e-commerce strategies.

What We're Looking For

• Female candidate with a serious passion for e-commerce and growth.
• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or operations (preferred but not mandatory — we will train).
• Master's degree preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Good American/neutral accent to confidently attend international meetings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Docs.
• Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.
• Must be based in Faisalabad or willing to relocate.
