We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Female Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the logistics industry. This position is specifically open to female candidates to promote diversity and inclusivity within our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers within the import industry to generate leads and secure new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects by effectively communicating the benefits and value of our logistics services.
  • Utilize persuasive sales techniques to engage customers, overcome objections, and close sales deals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our global logistics solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify target markets, develop strategies, and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and outcomes in our CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge through training sessions, self-study, and participation in industry events.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Tele Sales or a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone manner.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills to convert leads into sales.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems or other sales tools to track and manage customer interactions.
  • Good knowledge of logistics operations, terminology, and industry trends is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for sales.
