We're hiring a
Performance Marketing Manager (PMM)
who will own full-funnel acquisition and retention across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn, and emerging channels.

What You'll Own

You'll act as a
growth partner
, directly influencing strategy, spend, and creative decisions across our funnel.

  • Own daily
    budget allocation, bidding, and audience targeting
    across Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Develop and maintain a
    90-day testing roadmap
    , launching at least
    5 new ad/offer tests per week
    .
  • Collaborate with creative and product teams to
    brief hooks, test visuals, and improve conversion assets
    .
  • Use data dashboards (GA4, Triple Whale, or Looker) to surface
    CAC, LTV, MER, and ROAS insights
    .
  • Lead
    conversion rate optimization (CRO)
    for landing pages, bundles, and checkout flows.
  • Forecast spend monthly and align media with
    inventory and production cycles
    to ensure smart scaling.
  • Stay sharp on
    platform updates, privacy changes, and new automation opportunities
    (CAPI, Pmax, Advantage+).

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing
    Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads
    for e-commerce or D2C brands.
  • Deep understanding of
    creative testing, funnel optimization, and LTV-driven scaling
    .
  • Data-savvy: comfortable analyzing dashboards, interpreting cost curves, and reallocating budgets for growth.
  • Knowledge of
    Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, or analytics tools
    .
  • Bonus: Experience with AI ad automation or creative generation tools.
