The Role
We're seeking a gaming-savvy User Acquisition Manager to drive player acquisition and
scale our games profitably. You'll manage multi-million dollar campaigns across
mobile and digital channels, optimize for quality installs, and work closely
with our game development and monetization teams.
What You'll Do
· Plan and execute UA campaigns across
mobile ad networks
(Google UAC, Meta, Unity Ads, ironSource, AppLovin, Vungle, etc.)
· Manage substantial monthly budgets and scale campaigns while maintaining target CPI/ROI
· Analyze player acquisition funnels, cohort behavior, and
LTV:CAC ratios
· Optimize campaigns using
creative testing, audience segmentation, and bid strategies
· Collaborate with creative team on
video ads, playable ads, and static creatives
· Work with analytics team to track
D1, D7, D30 retention
and monetization metrics
· Identify and test new ad networks, publishers, and acquisition channels
· Conduct competitive intelligence on other games in the market
· A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and onboarding flows
· Monitor and improve
ROAS, eCPI, eCPA, and IPM
across campaigns
· Partner with ASO specialists to optimize app store conversion rates
· Present weekly performance reports and strategic recommendations to leadership
What We're Looking For
3-5 years
of user acquisition experience
in the gaming industry
Deep knowledge of
mobile game marketing
and player acquisition funnels
Hands-on experience with
Google UAC, Facebook/Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms
Proficiency with
ad networks
(Unity Ads, ironSource, AppLovin, Vungle, Chartboost, etc.)
Strong understanding of
game monetization models
(IAP, IAA, hybrid)
Experience with
MMP platforms
(AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, Kochava)
Data-driven mindset with expertise in
cohort analysis and LTV modeling
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and
BI tools
(Tableau, Looker, etc.)
Understanding of
ASO (App Store Optimization)
best practices
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Nice to Have
• Experience marketing
casual, hyper-casual, midcore, or hardcore games
• Knowledge of
web3/blockchain gaming
or NFT integration
• Familiarity with
cross-promotion networks
and publisher deals
• Experience with
influencer marketing and streaming platforms
(Twitch, YouTube)
• SQL knowledge for custom data analysis
• Understanding of
creative best practices
for gaming ads
• Experience with
programmatic buying
and DSPs
• Multi-geo campaign experience (NA, EU, APAC, MENA)
Gaming Industry Skills
Understanding of game genres, player psychology, and retention mechanics
Familiarity with
soft launch strategies
and regional testing
Knowledge of gaming KPIs:
CPI, IPM, CTR, CVR, ARPDAU, ARPPU
Experience briefing creatives for
playable ads and video ads
Mobile-first mindset with understanding of iOS and Android ecosystems
Experience with
localization
and geo-specific campaigns
