Experience Qatar DMC is a daughter company of Datalinks Group PK. We are currently looking for two accountants (Receivables and Payables) for a Junior Role, stationed in our Lahore Office. This is a full-time, on-site position, 6 days a week, 9 hours a day with an hour break.

Accounts Receivable Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and send customer invoices, credit notes, and delivery-based billing.
  • Make sure invoices are correct for taxes, pricing, and payment terms.
  • Track overdue payments, send reminders, and follow up with calls/emails.
  • Escalate long delays to the Legal team.
  • Record customer payments, resolve unapplied amounts, and match to invoices.
  • Work with Sales/Ops to fix billing issues.
  • Reconcile AR records with the General Ledger and keep customer statements updated.
  • Prepare weekly reports on collections, aging, and month-end AR summaries.
  • Maintain accurate customer master data and keep documents ready for audits.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in accounts receivable, billing, or credit control.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (preferred).
  • ERP invoicing knowledge, understanding of AR aging and credit notes.
  • Basic tax/VAT knowledge and strong Excel skills.

Reporting

: Reports to Senior Accountant; works closely with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service.

Accounts Payable Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Process supplier invoices using 2/3-way matching; check with GL and cost centers.
  • Resolve invoice mismatches quickly.
  • Prepare weekly payment batches and arrange approvals for transfers/cheques.
  • Maintain vendor records and contract terms; answer vendor queries.
  • Keep track of staff/owners' advances and personal ledgers, reconciling monthly.
  • Match AP records with GL and vendor statements.
  • Review employee expense claims against company policy and tax rules.
  • Keep all records ready for audits and ensure VAT/WHT compliance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in accounts payable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of 2/3-way matching, payment terms, and taxes.
  • Good Excel skills.

Reporting

: Reports to Senior Accountant; works with Procurement, Admin, and HR.
