We are seeking an experienced
AM Business System Analyst - SD/LE
to support and enhance our SAP landscape. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on configuration expertise and deep functional knowledge across Order-to-Cash, Logistics Execution, and Warehouse Management processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree. 5+ additional years of SAP configuration experience.
  • Minimum
    5 years of hands-on SAP SD implementation/support
    experience with strong integration knowledge (SD–MM–FI/CO).
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and proactive problem-solving ability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day SAP SD/LE production support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective solutions.
  • Lead SD functional activities, collaborating with super users, IT business partners, onsite/offshore teams, and external vendors.
  • Configure SAP SD, LE, and lean warehouse processes using best practices to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Manage cross-functional integration with MM and FI/CO and support enhancements, optimizations, and project deliverables.
  • Prepare functional documents, test scripts, training materials, and support end-user testing and training.
  • Participate in data migration, cutover activities, and post-go-live support.
  • Drive continuous improvement in business systems, ensuring quality, safety, and strong process governance.
