We are looking for a Personal Assistant in our office Faisal Town F-18 Islamabad.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist management in daily administrative, operational, and coordination tasks related to the project.
  • Schedule meetings, maintain communication with clients, contractors, and vendors.
  • Prepare reports, manage project documentation, and handle confidential correspondence.
  • Support senior management in decision-making, planning, and project updates.
  • Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (real estate or construction background preferred).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60, Rs70,000.00 per month
