We are looking for a Personal Assistant in our office Faisal Town F-18 Islamabad.
Responsibilities:
- Assist management in daily administrative, operational, and coordination tasks related to the project.
- Schedule meetings, maintain communication with clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Prepare reports, manage project documentation, and handle confidential correspondence.
- Support senior management in decision-making, planning, and project updates.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (real estate or construction background preferred).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60, Rs70,000.00 per month
