We are seeking a highly skilled
Meta Ads Specialist
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in creating, managing, and optimising Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns that drive measurable business results. You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign execution, from strategy and targeting to performance tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage high-performing ad campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Conduct audience research and build effective targeting strategies.
  • Optimise campaigns to maximise ROI, CTR, and conversions while minimising costs.
  • Monitor and analyse ad performance using Ads Manager and other analytics tools.
  • Create compelling ad creatives (in collaboration with designers/copywriters).
  • A/B test different ad creatives, audiences, and placements.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads policies, trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing Meta Ads campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager, and related tools.
  • Solid knowledge of conversion tracking, pixel setup, and retargeting strategies.
  • Experience with e-commerce, lead generation, or service-based campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other paid platforms (Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.
  • Facebook Blueprint Certification (preferred, not mandatory).
