
HR & Admin Assistant

We are a growing textile manufacturing company looking for a smart and responsible HR & Admin Assistant to support our management and HR department in daily operations.
The right person will have good communication skills, confidence in handling calls and interviews, and strong knowledge of HR recruitment processes.
Main Responsibilities:
Make telephone calls to job applicants for scheduling and follow ups.
Conduct initial interviews (technical & non technical) and share shortlisted candidates with team.
Organize and schedule onsite interviews with department heads.
Assist in candidate skill evaluation and maintain applicant tracking records.
Support the CEO and management team in daily HR & administrative tasks.
Prepare and manage reports, attendance sheets, and hiring summaries.
Use Microsoft Word & Excel for documentation and reporting.
Help maintain a smooth HR filing and communication system across departments.
Education & Experience:
Intermediate or Graduation (preferably in HR, Business, or Textile background).
1 – 2 years of experience in HR recruitment / administration in a textile or manufacturing company.
Good skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and report writing.
Key Skills:
Excellent telephone manners and communication skills.
Confident in handling both technical (production / IT / admin) and non technical interviews.
Organized, punctual, and capable of working under deadlines.
Positive attitude and teamwork mindset.
