Job Description:

  • Administrative Support:
     Provide administrative support for HR projects and day-to-day operations.
  • Employee Support:
     Respond to employee inquiries and provide information or assistance as needed.
  • Policy Implementation:
     Implement and manage company-wide HR policies and procedures. Assist in the creation of new policies as needed.
  • HRMS Management:
     Oversee the HRMS, ensuring it is effectively utilized for performance management, cyclic and annual reviews, and other HR processes.
  • Employee Onboarding/Offboarding:
     Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new and departing employees.
  • Employee Data Management:
     Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Timesheet Verification:
     Verify monthly timesheet data with leave records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • HR Communications
    : Contribute to HR-related communications and documentation.
  • Benefits Administration:
     Assist in benefits administration and record-keeping, ensuring employees are well-informed and benefits are managed efficiently.
  • Recruitment Assistance:
     Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.
  • HR Initiatives:
     Engage in the groundwork for implementing new HR modules, ensuring they meet business needs.
