Role Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Executive for an on-site contract role based in Lahore. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The role also involves supporting recruitment processes, onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and maintaining accurate records while contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR), including HR Management and HR Operations
  • Experience in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
  • Familiarity with employment laws and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting in Lahore
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the non-profit sector is an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
