Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Islamabad for a Recruitment Manager. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities. The role involves developing recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate databases, and collaborating with department heads to fulfill hiring needs. The Recruitment Manager will also play a key role in employer branding and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sourcing and attracting candidates
  • Skills in conducting interviews and assessing candidates
  • Proficiency in developing recruitment strategies and managing databases
  • Ability to collaborate with department heads and manage hiring activities
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with employer branding and candidate experience management
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the customer service industry is a plus

Position: 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 (On-Site)

Office Location: Bahria Town Phase 4

Office Timing: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Working Days: Monday to Friday
