Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Islāmābād, Pakistan. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as assisting customers, addressing inquiries, providing support, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The role requires effective communication to handle client issues and feedback efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in managing Customer Experience and handling Customer Service Representatives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- willing to work in night shift
