We are looking for a
motivated, sharp, and proactive Upwork / Freelancer Bidder
to join
Suraket's growing team
. The ideal candidate must have
at least 1 year of experience
in online bidding and a solid understanding of how to win projects from
Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute the
    complete bidding lifecycle
    on Upwork, Freelancer, and similar platforms
  • Write
    customized, persuasive, and professional proposals
    based on each client's requirements
  • Communicate with clients to
    clarify scope, gather details, and negotiate confidently
  • Collaborate with management on
    targets, strategy, and performance reporting
  • Convert
    one-time projects into long-term clients
    through excellent service, follow-ups, and relationship building

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of proven bidding experience
    on Upwork / Freelancer / Fiverr
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Strong understanding of
    IT and digital services
    (preferably websites, marketing, automation, or software services)
  • Qualification:
    FSc / ICS / Bachelor's degree
    in a relevant field
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and detail-focused
  • Must know how to
    identify real buyers and avoid time-wasters
